Best Restaurant Training was established in 2006 and has been successfully running hospitality short courses in some of Melbourne’s leading secondary schools and delivering Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) for a variety of corporate, private and industry groups.
Best Restaurant Training is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO Number 40777). It is accredited by the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR) to issue a Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
All trainers employed to deliver RSA training have extensive experience of working with alcohol in industry venues. Sharing their experiences helps keep the course up to date where students are able to relate to what is currently happening in the industry. This knowledge and understanding makes Best Restaurant Training RSA course interesting, fun and informative.

Ben Trembath has been training hospitality in Victoria for twelve years. Short hospitality courses have been delivered at many private and public schools in Victoria. As a result of talking to residents in regional areas during this time it has become apparent that there is a demand for quality Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training for the general public in the Traralgon area which Best Restaurant Training now provides.
Prior to his time in Australia, Ben’s experience in hospitality covers a vast array of locations and managerial positions in the UK. He has been a Training Manager for a Registered Training Organisation and now is training through his company Best Restaurant Training. His philosophy is reflected in the training delivered by his company.
